Nathalie Emmanuel
Nathalie Emmanuel, an English actor, is famous for playing Missandei from the HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones (2011-2015) and Ramsey on Furious 7 (2015). Nathalie is born in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, England as the child of a man from Saint Lucian and English descent and a mother of Dominican origin. Nathalie acknowledges her mother as her initial inspiration to be an actor. The role she played was Young Nala in The West End Production of The Lion King when she was aged 10. She made her first television appearance as Sasha Valentine in the teen soap-opera Hollyoaks (1995). Emmanuel appeared on the show up to 2010, when her role's plotlines were prostitution as well as heroin addiction. Nathalie hosts BBC Three's Web-sex : What's The Harm? which investigated the online sexual behaviours of UK 16-24-year-olds. Later in the same year she made her film debut in the suspense film Twenty8. The following year she was cast in the role of Missandei, Daenerys Targaryen's translator in HBO's fantasy series Game of Thrones (2011). Emmanuel's role on Game of Thrones was made a regular role during the year 2015. In the same year, she was the Computer hacker Ramsey in the action movie Furious 7 (2015) and Harriet in the sci-fi sequel Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials (2015). FHM magazine put Emmanuel 99th on their list of the 100 most sexy women in 2013. In Style magazine and GQ were the first to publish her in the Issues of April and May 2015.
